Refund and Cancellation Policy

ATABET LIMITED (量博有限公司) (“Atabet”, “we”) provides access to digital SaaS products, including quantitative research and backtesting software. This policy explains how refunds work for subscriptions and other fees paid through our website.

1. Fourteen-day cooling-off (digital services)

For new subscriptions to our SaaS offerings purchased directly from Atabet, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of your initial payment provided that:

  • You have not materially used the service in a way that exceeds reasonable evaluation (for example, extensive API usage, bulk exports, or sustained production use contrary to a trial or evaluation purpose); and
  • You contact us using the details on our Contact page before the end of the 14-day period.

We will confirm eligibility based on your account activity and our server logs. Where a refund is approved, we will process it using the same payment method where possible, within a reasonable period (typically 10–15 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer).

2. After the 14-day period

After the cooling-off period, fees are generally non-refundable, except where:

  • Duplicate charges — you were billed more than once for the same subscription period through our fault; or
  • Required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless we agree otherwise. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused time unless required by law or expressly stated in writing.

3. Enterprise and custom agreements

Orders governed by a separate contract or statement of work are subject to the refund and termination clauses in that agreement, not this page.

4. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email info@atabet.com with:

  • Your account email and order or invoice reference (if available);
  • The date of purchase; and
  • A short explanation of your request.
