Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Atabet, we strive to provide high-quality LLM-driven quant research tools. Because our products include downloadable software and proprietary libraries, we have established the following policy:
1. Digital Product Nature
Our products (including software executables and proprietary quant libraries) are considered "consumed" once the download link is accessed or a license key is activated. Therefore, as a general rule, all sales are final.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are granted only under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Non-Functionality: If the software fails to launch or perform its core functions on a system meeting our "Minimum System Requirements," and our technical support team cannot resolve the issue within 10 business days.
- Duplicate Billing: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same license or subscription period.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Dashboard.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the software until the end of your current billing cycle.
- We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a monthly or annual subscription.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a review, please email info@atabet.com with your Order ID and a detailed description (including screenshots or logs) of the technical issue.
