Atabet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our LLM-driven research tools and proprietary libraries. This license is for your internal use only.

2. Proprietary Rights & Restrictions

The "Atabet Libraries" and model weights are the intellectual property of Atabet. You agree NOT to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the software.
• Redistribute, sublicense, or sell the libraries as standalone components.
• Use the software to build a competing quant research platform.

3. No Financial Advice (Disclaimer)

Atabet is a research and technology provider, not a financial advisor.

• The outputs of our LLMs and quant libraries are for informational purposes only.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• You assume all risk for any financial trades or investments made based on the software's output. Atabet is not liable for any capital losses.

4. Local Execution & Security

Our software runs locally on your hardware. You are solely responsible for the security of your local environment, data backups, and ensuring your hardware meets the necessary specifications for LLM execution.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license and access to updates if we detect a breach of these terms, particularly regarding unauthorized redistribution of our libraries.
